Hello everyone! My name is Steph and I am the owner of Quartz Metaphysical Boutique. I cherish community and my goal is to create a safe space where all are welcome to heal their mind, body, and spirit. I have been reading tarot and studying astrology for 6 years and have found these tools invaluable in understanding myself and others. There are many ways to use tarot and astrology but my path with them has emphasized shadow work, self awareness, and ultimately living life with an open heart. In understanding the parts of ourselves that we would rather not see and bringing them to the light, I believe that we can live our lives with signficiantly more love, peace, and acceptance. Readings with me are always compassionate but my goal is to liberate you from the haunted architecture in your mind. Along with tarot and astrology I practice witchcraft and have a rich spiritual practice. I also have been attuned to Reiki energy and find energy work to be another crucial pillar in creating a strong spiritual and physical foundation.I have completed my degree in psychology and I hope to combine therapy and holistic practices to help my clients. If that's not enough I also am a certified personal trainer and will be offering workout classes soon. I spend my free time at the gym, reading, creating outfits, and going to concerts with my friends. I hope that you will enjoy Quartz just as much as I loved creating it.
